Online course: Introduction to Global Urban Education, Teachers Without Borders

Online course eligible for Continuing Education Units, in partnership with Johns Hopkins University’s School of Education. Focus on international comparisons, education and development, emergency education around the world, and global education FOR one’s classroom, as well as tools for serving the world’s children IN our classrooms.

Students can now register for Introduction to Global Urban Education, a non-credit course, that begins on February 11th. This personalized online course, taught by Johns Hopkins University School of Education professor, Eric Rice, and the founder of Teachers Without Borders, Fred Mednick, examines some of the persistent questions in International Education, with a particular focus on how they connect to urban areas.
