SALU ADEPEJU, is the founder and team leader of PEER Group Initiative. He is a youth and community development advocate, winner of many youth awards and a very practical leader. Salu is a graduate of University of Ibadan and a professional member of numerous local and international development organizations.

AYOBAMIDELE KALEYAIJE is a multitalented, innovative and resourceful entrepreneur. A team member of PEER Group Initiative and the former General Secretary of The Nigerian Arts Group (NAG) which is made up of The Nigerian Senior Secondary School Arts Exhibition (NISSSART), The Nigerian Universities Exhibition of Arts (NUXART), and The Nigerian Arts Lecturers Exhibition (NALEX). Ayo’s versatility and skills acquired in the banking, ICT, Brand management, Fashion and Built Environments  has sharpened and developed his administrative, Project and resource Management potentials providing  him with an analytical and critical approach to problem solving and situation management. He is an Aspiring Project Process Re – engineering expert and Business Analyst with PMI (Project Management Institute, US), IIBA (International Institute of Business Analyst) and the Institute of Certified E-Commerce Consultants (ICEC).

TEMILADE ALLO, is an IT Personnel, a youth leader and social reformist with a strong business background and core technical background. She is an effective communicator (skilled in both listening and speaking), a persuasive negotiator, and a customer-orientated individual.

She has worked as a green team member and support team for the deployment of Wireless LAN at NNPC, Abuja during her six months SIWES program. She is very passionate about the Rights of Women, and was made the Sister’s Secretary during her National Youth Corp Service, where she organized and engaged actively in various women programs. She has worked in Intercontinental Bank as the Branch Treasury Officer and Relationship Officer where she honed her skills in business development and effective human relationships. She has participated in various ICT programs, Leadership seminars, workshops and conferences.

She has worked at Women’s Technology Empowerment Centre (W.TEC) as the Technology Officer, where she oversees all the technology issues and carries out first tier technical support as required. In addition she out computer training for young women and participates in other workshops and tactical duties as decided by W.TEC. She participates actively in strategic planning and program implementation for W.TEC activities.
She is a graduate of Computer Engineering from Covenant University. Her interests include interacting with young people and enlightening them at any given chance, reading motivational books, attending IT and Leadership workshops and building human relationships

SEUN ADENIYI, holds a BA in History and International Studies from the Lagos State University, Ojo. She currently works as the Curator of the Railway Museum in Ebute Metta, Lagos. She is the Secretary of LEGACY 1995(Historical and Environmental Interest Group in Nigeria), an NGO and also volunteers her services to several other Non Governmental Organizations.
She is passionate about Youth development but believes strongly in reorientation before any meaningful development can be achieved. She loves among many other things to talk and would very much love to see the world.
EKWENUKE THERESA, studied Political Science/Public Administration at Covenant University. She has worked with  many organizations and is currently the C.E.O of Tess Combinations. Theresa is a creative individual and also very positive minded about things. She aspires to become a management expert of international reputation.
